Sometimes, once the shoe is shuffled, the initial card turned more than will expose the number of playing cards the supplier must "melt away" (toss away) in between promotions for every hand. So, if the initial card around may be the two of Hearts, the supplier will burn up two cards involving each hand until finally the shoe is reshuffled.????????
